There are factors that cause such a number, my weight (#1), items draining the battery, the level 3 mode and the terrain. I have ALOT of hills all around me and not alot of flat land. If I stayed on 1 all the time (no fun) then I could probably get 50 miles per charge. Between all three levels. I am seeing about 35 per charge. It is still a blast to ride and learn. I may be looking into getting a second battery for longer trips. Range Anxiety is real! Thanks Eahora for an amazing experience!!!!
Shipping box was a little beat up but the bike was well packaged and arrived unscathed. Taking less than an hour, assembly was easy because included instructions are complete. Albeit expensive, machine itself is of very high quality! No glitches, save one: rear tire arrived flat. Eahora provided quick, direct troubleshooting...customer service is outstanding. Once fixed, I could savor the flavor of my purchase. Bike is as advertised: it will do 50mph, acceleration in mode 3 is good, brakes and safety devices do give peace of mind. Complaints?? None! Personally I'd like to see 60mph, and as with all electric machines : as battery depletes, top speed and acceleration diminish. So, nothing is perfect but Eahora is to be commended - they came very close. Eahora please keep me appraised as performance upgrades evolve. I'd love to retrofit this beautiful bike. This thing is awesome!! Rides very smooth and stable! The best thing I bought in a while! The only thing I wish I could change is to be able to adjust the angle of the headlight!! It’s pointing too high up!
!! Update I figured it out there’s a slider bracket that is adjustable.!!! So it just bumped to five stars!!!
