From November 1, 2023 00:00:00 to December 20, 2023 23:59:59, TWO customers who submit an order for scooter will have the opportunity to receive a second scooter for free.
The gift scooter will be selected from M1P / Two-Seat M1P / M8 / M1P & sidecar and the exact model to be sent out will be decided by the Eahora organizers based on actual stock.
Winners' names will be announced on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2023 on the official Eahora Instagram.
Tips: Sharing Eahora scooter related material on INS / Facebook / YouTube and @eahora scooter during the campaign period will increase the chances of winning.

（1）RULES
By entering our giveaway, you agree to these official rules, which are a contract, so read them carefully before entering. Without limitation, this contract the released parties to agree to arbitration with no class relief and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
（2）ELIGIBILITY
This Activity is open only to customers who purchase a scooter between November 1, 2023 00:00:00 and December 20, 2023 23:59:59; Customers who purchase only accessories are not eligible to participate this Activity. By entering the Activity, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth herein.
（3）ACTIVITY PERIOD
The Activity will run from November 1, 2023 00:00:00 to December 20, 2023 23:59:59.
（4）THE WAY TO ENTER
During the campaign period (November 1, 2023 00:00:00 to December 20, 2023 23:59:59), customers who successfully submit an order for scooter on the official Eahora website or on Eahora Amazon will automatically be eligible to participate in the giveaway. Cancellation or return of an order before the giveaway results are announced will automatically disqualify the participant.
Additionally, posting an Eahora Scooter-related entry to share on their personal social media platforms and @eahora scooter during the campaign period (November 1, 2023 00:00:00 to December 20, 2023 23:59:59) will increase the chances of winning.
Eahora employees, family members of employees will not be eligible to participate.
（5）RANDOM DRAWING
At the end of the campaign, all eligible entries will be evaluated by Eahora officials and two grand prize winners will be selected.
The chances of winning will be influenced by the total number and quality of entries posted on social media. There is no guarantee that you will win.
Actual/assessed value at time of award may vary. Prizes are non-transferable.
（6）WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The final decision on the winner will be made by Eahora Officials. Winners will be announced on Christmas Eve on Eahora Officials Instagram.
Winners will be notified via email of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes. Eahora is not responsible for any failure to notify winners due to spam, junk email or other security settings of winners, or if winners provide incorrect or unusable contact information.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within 72 hours of the prize notification being sent. Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its organizations to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, including the list of winners, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting a prize, the winner understands and agrees that they are obligated to cooperate with Eahora's announcement of the video related to the receipt of the prize and the provision of pictures related to the prize (which must include both the portrait and the prize) as a follow-up to Eahora's announcement of the prize results to the other non-winning entrants.
The rights to any winning video, audio and/or photographs belong solely to Sponsor and may be used in perpetuity in any manner and in any media throughout the world, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further review, notification, approval, consideration or compensation to the winner or any third party.
Violation of these Official Rules by any winner (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will result in such winner being disqualified as a Sweepstakes winner and all privileges of the winner will immediately cease.
